We ordered ice cream, it was marked as not containing alcohol. Then the decoration was tiramisu, which contains alcohol. You didn't dare to give it back, as the older waitress, probably the owner, increasingly yelled at and snapped at individual guests for no reason. If a guest allowed himself to wave to her, she got upset because she should have walked from one end of the service area to the other. 1 star for the other, very friendly and humorous waitress who tried to save the situation.

Service very unfriendly, as many have written here. I would think about it if you read this comment here. Ice cream unfortunately only mediocre. You'll never see me here again. 😒

I would give that one star, I find the staff not welcoming in principle the waitress who takes care of the exterior, brunette with glasses, with a smile and politeness would be better. The ice creams are good. Establishment that does not take a bank card, this is not displayed. In 2020 it's like going to the gas station and paying with your checkbook!

Ice cream quite good. But not very hospitable.

Actually, I shouldn't give any stars, my yoghurt milkshake was delicious but my father ordered a milk coffee and what we experienced was a real hit, the coffee spoon was a bit dirty and when my dad finished drinking the coffee we discovered it that the plastic nipple of the milk pack was at the bottom of the cup Also rude staff!

The ice creams are good and the staff welcoming. Too bad card payments are not allowed.

No stars at all would be right ...... The ladies right after they had smoked a cigarette did not wash their fingers and wanted to serve us ice cream, never puking again .....

Good quality and reasonably priced ice cream

Visited La Gondola twice today, Unfortunately I have had rather negative experiences again. The first time I was there with my mother, the woman who served us was extremely rude and if she talked at all it was rude. She pissed me off when I ordered a cappuccino after she had brought my ice cream, why I hadn't just ordered it, hello are you okay? Even today I did not get a hello and no answer was given to a question. The ice cream is okay, but I will never go there again with such a service.

Am with a friend there only have 2 oranginas, staff very unfriendly no goodbye no hello and € 5.80 for 2 oranginas and then you get cheek like the staff blaspheme other guests

Too bad the older waitress apparently doesn't like strangers. If we don't speak German, she walks away muttering incomprehensible words and ignores you. If you don't like foreigners, don't live on the border.

Long waits, and rude. The owner should hire nicer staff or train the current staff for friendliness. Really sad ....

I just wanted to ask something but it seems like I'm disturbing the good lady at work. No wonder it was empty! Friendliness is different!

Go there too rarely.

Very rude service, which could offer no savory snacks on demand and this also loud and in my opinion rude said. My daughter and I each ate a waffle and that was the biggest mistake. For an old, in my opinion bought waffle still to demand money that bordered in my opinion on a bottomless impudence. They will never see us there again.

I sat a little bit apart and said the service I can pull off immediately. What I see but there were also guests who were not immediately deducted. I was the last time because you feel like something else especially since I know the owner very well.

Not at all like the photos andathe gelato was not good.

Since there was nothing left we wanted to sit down. The service came to us hand clapping and chased us out. With the words: "Is this a fashion show? You stand in my way!" Inside there was still room but we did not pass the "nice service". Do not worry La Gondola we will never come back and tell our friends about your "hospitality"
